Asbestos in the ceiling panels, lead in the water pipes, collapsing ceilings... the list seems endless. Princess Margaret Hospital has been under stress for many years with staff having to deal with inadequate facilities. We've just come off the biggest boom in our State's history - we should have state-of-the-art facilities up and ready to cope with our population and the needs of our kids.

Where is the accountability?

And as a "bonus" to this story, in August we found out that because of the endless delays, Wilson Parking is being compensated by our state government to the tune of half a million dollars a month until the hospital opens. This is lunacy. This is the result of the Barnett government's privatisation agenda gone mad.
